The absolute highlights of the evening were the red mullet and an extraordinary creation combining beetroot, wagyu, and eel. To end on a sweet note, we were delighted by a playful selection of chocolates as friandises. The beetroot bonbon and the salted caramel piece, in particular, were simply divine.
Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The staff were not only attentive but also impressively knowledgeable, which made the entire evening feel seamless and special.
Beluga truly delivers on every level.
Gerechten waren top ! Hadden All in formule. Drink echter geen alcohol daar ik moest rijden. Verwacht wel een beter alternatief dan de hele avond water !!
