Alles klopt bij Uijttewaal. Van de pareltjes op je bord, tot de hartverwarmende, gastvrije bediening en de prachtige verhalen van de sommelier die je gepassioneerd meeneemt op zijn reis naar Frankrijk, Spanje, Italië of Duitsland. En, ondanks dat we door de geldende coronaregels een early dinner hadden van 4 tot 8, werd dit een middag/avond om in te lijsten. Dit is een toprestaurant. Dit is buiten categorie. Uijttewaal is uit de kunst! Tot de volgende keer!
We hebben ondanks alles, heerlijk genoten van 6-gangen menu + extra 's. Voor iedereen jammer dat het toch een beetje opschieten was voor 20u, maar wel goed dat restaurant zich daar keurig aan houdt.
Bijzondere smaken in een prettig ongedwongen ambiance zowel wat betreft diner als het wijnarrangement. Jammer dat de avondzit beperkt was tot 20.00uur.
