Discover the contemporary Dutch cuisine and hospitality of Friesland and enjoy fresh, traditional and surprising dishes.
Enter a monumental charming building from 1971 and let yourself be pampered. Originally, this was a place where people came together and celebrated. A complete evening out, just the two of you, where you will be pampered and surprised by a top team of culinary experts.
Chef Freddy and his kitchen team use the best local ingredients of excellent quality, for example from their own vegetable garden or from local suppliers.
Hostess Aukje will make sure that you won't be short of anything and will be happy to advise you on a choice of matching wines or other drinks.
An overnight stay makes your evening out complete. Right next to the restaurant is Teades Plak, an intimate holiday home for 2 persons with a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool with massage jets and a spacious bedroom. The inn has been completely modernized, but retained with authentic details. In the living room you can enjoy an atmospheric stove and with a cooking island in the kitchen you will feel at home quickly.

We hebben genoten van de ambiance, het heerlijke eten, deskundige en vrolijke gastvrouwen. geen enkel punt van kritiek. wij komen hier zeker een keer terug.
Op maandagavond 3 september hier gegeten en geweldig genoten. Veel verrassende smaken, alle gerechten en amuses prachtig opgemaakt. De bediening was heel attent en we zaten in een gezellige ambiance.

Het heerlijke wijnarrangement had een toegevoegde waarde door de bevlogen en zeer vriendelijke bediening die uitgebreid uitleg gaf over de geschonken wijnen en de uitleg over het eten in het algemeen. De koffie en thee na afloop werden ook nog een klein feestje met alle lekkers die erbij geserveerd werd. We maken graag nogmaals een ritje naar dit restaurant.
