Description
Justin Koopman, a talented chef who has earned his stripes at renowned restaurants such as FG**, Parkheuvel**, and 't Ganzenest*, works from a French foundation, enriched with his own Mediterranean influences. His dishes are characterized by the use of top-quality ingredients, herbs, and spices. His vision is to give classic elements, such as the grand dessert, a contemporary and refined twist. “I’m proud that we get to start our own restaurant here, and I look forward to surprising our guests time and time again,” says Justin.
Indy Chiron Akkermans, the hostess of the duo, has gained extensive experience at top restaurants such as HMB, Amarone*, Fred**, and FG**, and will elevate the hospitality at Aan de Zweth to the next level. “We’re excited about the extras this location offers, such as the lounge, the private dining room, and the terrace by the water,” says Indy. “We want to bring our own touch to the restaurant, but for regular guests, not much will change.”
The couple is determined to continue the legacy of Aan de Zweth, which has been a culinary institution for over 35 years, as a place where guests can enjoy refined cuisine and top-tier service. With a young and driven team, they aim to let the restaurant flourish even further.

wat een geweldig restaurant. we hebben hier (weer) fantastisch gegeten. een heerlijk menu .we hebben een tussengerecht bijgekocht wat ook fantastisch was.
Het was fantastisch. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, onvergetelijk heerlijk eten en uiterst professionele en vriendelijke bediening.
Wij komen hier zeker naar terug voor een etentje aan de chefs table
ps. door omstandigheden konden wij niet op de eerder gereserveerde datum, maar konden deze later plannen.

In de bevestiging reservering van ma 27-7-2015 werd duidelijk DINSDAG 8 vermeld.
Wij konden oze ogen niet geloven toen wij bij aankomst op dinsdag 8 september moesten vaststellen dat het restaurant gesloten was. De teleurstelling was groot. Het verjaardags-etentje en gezellige avond in één rampzalig ogenblik geruïneerd.
Wat een gebrekkige service van het toonaangevende Dining City.
Zij krijgen van ons een koude douche!
