Gisteren met zijn tweeën gegeten bij 't Havenmantsje. Allereerst een warm welkom in een mooi karakteristiek gebouw vlak aan het water in Harlingen. Read full reviewGisteren met zijn tweeën gegeten bij 't Havenmantsje. Allereerst een warm welkom in een mooi karakteristiek gebouw vlak aan het water in Harlingen. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw wees ons een plaats bij het raam. Ondanks dat het restaurant helemaal vol zat was er rust en geen haast gevoel. De bediening was bijna onopvallend waardoor je alle tijd hebt uitgebreid te praten met elkaar. We hebben gekozen voor het 5 gangen verrassingsmenu en afgesloten met koffie en friandises. Een mooie afwisseling tussen vis, vlees een salade met gamba's en een Fries kaasgerecht. De vegetarische amuse was een welkome start. Een plaatje voor het oog en een feestje voor de smaakpapillen. Kortom een heerlijke avond met culinaire hoogtepunten. Een echte aanrader. Een kleine kritische noot, persoonlijk vond ik bij de friandises 4 maal chocolade wat veel.
