Een jaar geleden 'vanuit het westen' hier gedineerd. Dat was prima. Nu teruggeweest voor een lunch. Opnieuw een erg goede ervaring. Eten is niet alleen mooi maar ook heel smaakvol. Bediening persoonlijk, attent en heel vriendelijk. Het was heel rustig, maar we voelden ons zeker niet verloren. Lijkt mij ook een prima start of afsluiting voor mensen die Terschelling of Vlieland bezoeken.
Zeer warm welkom op deze bijzondere lokatie. De kok verwende ons met vele amuses. De gekozen wijnen bij de gerechten waren prima. Alleen jammer dat je lang moest wachten totdat je lege bord werd weggehaald.
Echt een aanrader. Een heerlijke smaaksensatie met overheerlijke amuses. Men was zeer flexibel. Zeer goed bijpassend wijnarrangement. We hadden een prachtig plekje met uitzicht op de boten en het water. Inez is een gastvrouw pur sang. Werkelijk top. Bedankt voor de fijne avond uit.
