A French concept with traditional and honest dishes for an affordable price. Bouchon d'en Façe in Limburg is a cross between a bistro, a tavern, and gastronomy, where wit and daring are paramount.
Typical of an original bouchon is the personal bond that the staff creates with its guests. Bouchon d'en Façe goes a step further than hospitality. Young and old are welcome for lunch, dinner or to have a drink. French wine is served with charcuterie, which is freshly cut with the slicer on the bar. Prima menu en prima wijn. Niet bijzonder, wel oké. Toch bijna 100 euro kwijt met z'n tweeën ondanks aanbieding.

Alleen bij drukte lang wachten tussen de gerechten.
Zeer vriendelijke bediening; de ober deed zeer zijn best het ons naar de zin te maken. Een gratis kop koffie voor de lange wachttijd, die te maken had met een foutje in de computer. Het eten was goed op smaak. Enige aandachtspunt: de amuse bij het aperitief : voor 3 personen kregen we 4 ? flinterdunne schijfjes worst, dat maakte wel een zeer karige indruk.
