Bistro La Cloche formerly known as Restaurant De Klok, this iconic establishment is restoring its original name and will now continue as Bistro La Cloche. Since 1975, De Klok has been a staple in Leiden, located in the most charming part of the old town, near the Pieterskerk. The vision was always to embrace a love for classic cuisine and service, offering ‘classics with a twist towards the present’ rather than ‘new with a nod to the past’.
In the beautiful, authentic building, the team continues to passionately and dedicatedly provide a delightful culinary experience. Het was erg goed geregeld met heerlijke wijntjes in het all in menu. In het begin hebben we wel iets lang moeten wachten maar daarna ging het perfect!
De smaakcombinaties waren in sommige gerechten niet goed, zowel in het hoofdgerecht als in het voorgerecht. Daarnaast ontbrak er veel smaak en de temperatuur was niet optimaal bij de gerechten.
Daarnaast te lang moeten wachten op de gerechten.
Voor ons een teleurstelling.
Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Leuk rond tafeltje bij het raam, we waren met 5, wel krappies, maar een leuke Franse bisto sfeer, leuke chansons, af en toe muziek wel te luid. Leuke meneer die ontzettend veel vertelde. Relaxte bediening. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding tijdens restaurantweek. Lekkere gerechten, alles vond ...
