Led by Michelin-starred patron-cuisinier Dennis Middeldorp, the restaurant continues to focus on pure flavors, refined creations, and warm hospitality. Gemoedelijke sfeer waar op een soepele maar afdoende manier met de corona-regels werd omgegaan.
Personeel kundig, attent en vriendelijk.
De 5 gangen-lunch (incl. extra tussengerecht) dinsdag 25 augustus was meer dan goed.
Ook de begeleiders vielen in de smaak.
Heerlijke lunch gehad! We hadden het vier gangen menu met een wijnarrangement. De gerechten waren zeer creatief en bijzonder. Sommige gerechten waren super verrassend qua smaak en structuren. Dit is de reden dat wij naar een sterren restaurant gaan. Ga zo door!
Ik kan me niet herinneren dat we ooit een zo goddelijk diner geserveerd hebben gekregen. Dit is geen topklasse maar superklasse. Alles klopte. Ook de bediening was perfect. We hebben goten. Chapeau!
