Sense Restaurant* opens a new chapter in Vught, while staying true to its signature fine dining experience. Led by Michelin-starred patron-cuisinier Dennis Middeldorp, the restaurant continues to focus on pure flavors, refined creations, and warm hospitality. Gerechten zijn doorgaans hoog op smaak maar bovenal erg braaf. Ook de bijpassende wijn keuze verrast nimmer. Het smaakpallet komt zelfs niet verder dan de Gamay (een van de lichtste rode wijnen). Bij Sense wordt echter wel op hoog niveau gekookt. De huidige menukaart kan echter wat avontuur gebruiken.
Prachtige smaken, mooie gerechten met bijpassende wijnen. Een feestje om er te eten.
Wij hebben gisteren een fantastische avond gehad bij Sense. Het eten en de bijpassende wijnen waren subliem! Elke gang was een genot! Onze gastvrouw was een leuke, spontane en heel kundige vrouw die onze avond tot een feestje heeft gemaakt! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
