The offer was 2 courses were the portions were almost not existing - as you arrive they recommend at least 4 courses meal so the offers practically covers only half meal ?!
The 2 courses were fixed and if you want to change it s extra fee of 7.5€
I think all those info should be available to customer for transparency

Via dining for two hier gaan eten, restaurant ziet er mooi uit en goed ontvangst. Verder zien de gerechten er mooi uit en veel aandacht besteed aan de garnering.
Bedankt voor uw review en de tijd om uw ervaring met ons te delen. Ivm de vakanties reageer ik verlaat op uw review maar had het wel gelijk doorgezet naar de verantwoordelijken.
Het spijt ons te lezen dat we niet de bekende Florent diner ervaring hebben kunnen overbrengen. We streven er altijd naar om onze gasten een uitgebalanceerde en smaakvolle culinaire beleving te bieden, met daarbij een vlotte maar ontspannen service. Het is duidelijk dat we daar bij uw bezoek niet in zijn geslaagd, en dat vinden we oprecht jammer.
We nemen de feedback over de dorade, risotto en het dessert serieus en hebben dit intern reeds besproken met zowel ons keukenteam als de bediening. Wat betreft de wisselende bediening en het tempo van de gangen: dat is niet gebruikelijk, en we zullen dit beter coördineren.
We hopen van harte dat u ons in de toekomst nog een kans geeft om te laten zien waar wij als restaurant écht voor staan.

You booked your dinner through the AMEX DiningCity promotion, which offers a complimentary two-course menu (meaning: dining 2 courses for €0,00). Upon arrival, we presented our full menu, clearly indicating that the two-course option is complimentary under the AMEX deal. We also provided transparent information regarding a 3 course menu €12,50 per person and €25,00 per person for a four course menu
Before the start of the dinner, we always advise guests that our chef's menu is typically enjoyed in four courses, to experience the full Florent feeling. However, the choice of how many courses to enjoy — and whether to incur any cost — is entirely up to the guest and clearly outlined in the menu.
Following your feedback, we’ve been in contact with DiningCity and the AMEX account manager to review your concerns and see if we can communicate this offer even more clearly.
Their feedback confirms that all information provided during your visit — including the terms of the AMEX deal and menu supplements (courses)— was fully transparent and in line with the agreed guidelines. Therefore, no further adjustments were necessary.
We’re sincerely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Perhaps a different promotion, such as the DiningCity Deal or Restaurant Week offer, would be a better fit for you.
