"Senses" is a gourmet restaurant in the centre of Amsterdam, where chef Renaud Goigoux, sous chef João Marques create their inspiration and creativity in a chef's menu inspired by Japanese cuisine, Dutch seasonal produce with a French flair. Here, vegetables play the starring role in the menu alongside seafood. The team aims to reduce their carbon footprint by having products delivered by bicycle, reducing food waste and plastic use, recycling, working with sustainable products and focusing on more plant-based options. Let your senses be stimulated and go for the unexpected. Choose from the weekly changing 2- to 7-course lunch and 3- to 7-course dinner tasting menu. Or choose from their à la carte options. Kwalitatief zeer goed gegeten. Zondagmiddag was echt een feestje met deze verfijnde lunch.
De gerechten waren verrassend en verrukkelijk. De bediening maakte er qua service een perfecte avond van
Uiterst vriendelijk personeel met veel uitleg over de gerechten.
