I can't cancel my reservation, what can I do now?

1. There's no availability at the restaurant, how is this possible?

Unfortunately is the restaurant fully booked for this date. Try another date or one of our other culinary deals!

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to restaurants@vialuxury.com with your reservation details.

3. I would like to make a reservation but I can't. What can I do?

4. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.
