I can't cancel my reservation, what can I do now?

It is not possible to cancel your reservation online, less than 8 hours before the booking starts. You can cancel your reservation by phone up to 1 hour before your booking. But please let us know as soon as possible when you are not going to make it.

You can cancel free of charge no later than 24 hours in advance. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if it is a no-show, the restaurant may charge a fee. Please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.
