Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.
There is also a choice of more than 460 sublime wines from the enormously extensive wine list. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or an amazing dinner and be taken into the culinary world of the chef.

Lekker gegeten en vriendelijk/gezellig personeel!!
Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken. Personeel is erg aardig en weten de gasten in de watten te leggen. Jozua Jaring heeft heerlijke gerechten gecreëerd en komt ook regelmatig langs om te vragen of alles naar wens is.
We hebben hier een heerlijke avond gehad. De fijne ontvangst was al een goede voorbode. Wat een creativiteit kwam er uit de keuken (zowel qua smaaksensatie als qua opmaak), wat een goede toelichting op de gerechten kregen we aan tafel, wat een goed gekozen wijnen per gerecht en hoe goed voelde het personeel de gasten aan. Top-avond!
