Description
Justin Koopman, a talented chef who has earned his stripes at renowned restaurants such as FG**, Parkheuvel**, and 't Ganzenest*, works from a French foundation, enriched with his own Mediterranean influences. His dishes are characterized by the use of top-quality ingredients, herbs, and spices. His vision is to give classic elements, such as the grand dessert, a contemporary and refined twist. “I’m proud that we get to start our own restaurant here, and I look forward to surprising our guests time and time again,” says Justin.
Indy Chiron Akkermans, the hostess of the duo, has gained extensive experience at top restaurants such as HMB, Amarone*, Fred**, and FG**, and will elevate the hospitality at Aan de Zweth to the next level. “We’re excited about the extras this location offers, such as the lounge, the private dining room, and the terrace by the water,” says Indy. “We want to bring our own touch to the restaurant, but for regular guests, not much will change.”
The couple is determined to continue the legacy of Aan de Zweth, which has been a culinary institution for over 35 years, as a place where guests can enjoy refined cuisine and top-tier service. With a young and driven team, they aim to let the restaurant flourish even further.

Alle gerechtjes waren prachtig van smaak en aangevuld met bijpassende wijn waar we van het begin tot het eind hebben genoten. De bediening is super en men wil het de gasten naar de zin maken op een rustige en ontspannen manier. De sfeer is in deze zaak prima. de nieuwe Chef kok heeft de kwaliteit op een goed peil staan !!!!
Het eten was zeer goed en lekker. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk en gaf een goed advies over de wijn, koos niet de duurste uit.
De keuken was goed.
Er heerste een rustig sfeertje. Het voelde echt als een avondje uit.
Heerlijk gegeten vanavond, mooi menu, lekkere smaak combi's en leuke presentatie. Restaurant op mooie locatie en ziet er sfeervol uit. Een aanrader dus!
